"most of it boils downs to a lot of subjectivity, balancing itself in an objective world."

How do we make people realize this ? Subjective reality is entirely our creation and yet it has become ingrained as our identity. Nationality, Culture, Religion, Money - none of these exist outside our collective consciousness but are sources of major conflicts today. Most of the popular art - movies, music, books also don't help - since they are also busy driving the subjective truths further.

i think we can never make others realise it.. we can only get aware of it ourselves.. a lot of subjectivity and all we truly know in this world (in the end) only holds itself upto the test of time. distinct humans, art, and ultimately experiences are the ones that are truly important in transforming that within us. we live in cohorts of these identity labels because it gets comfortable.. just familiar.. its human its weak.. how we change through it

Agreed, one can put one's experience in words, pictures, songs, stories etc - but that objective experience cannot be fully captured (as in what we call reality that itself filtered to us through our senses and memory) and what we communicate to others is only an echo of what we experienced, so how much of objectiveness is already lost!

All one can strive for is to transform themselves, and if everyone does that - the world itself transforms.

Art can be a catalyst to this if used correctly- as in it can provide the initial spark but its a journey each one of us has to embark upon alone.

P.S : This notion of individual identity is the biggest con humanity has pulled on itself. The jokes on us and yet we are too busy living that con. The infinite is still made up of finite. And we are just finite entities which make up this infinite universe. At least that's how i comprehend our existence.
